Gabriela Massaci, Director Romanian Cultural Institute London
And Eugen Ciocan & Gabriela Massaci's 17min documentary essay that was a very funny self-deprecating look at the city of Bucharest. Fashion designer and artist Carmen Secareanu created an outdoor installation Welcoming Fields for the steps of the Institute as well as the centre of Golden Square in London's West End.
